Is Coors Hopeless?

I notice almost nobody plays Coors. Is there a successful Coors strategy? And if not, why is playing in Coors so hard? My one theory is that you will go deep into your pen all the time, while the other teams may have their pen rested when they come to you. Thus you have to spend a lot on the pen, while you want to be spending it on hitting.

thats true but you can also get cheap hitters who will really excel at coors you dont need to spend 11 million to get a hitter who can hit 50 plus dingers

but you definelty need a good deep pen

I thinks it's the fact that it's HR rating is lower. there are much much more US Cell teams now, due to it's higher HR rating. at 15's, your barely above BOB at 13's.

Agree with Geekor, much more popular in '05 due to the high HR and single rating....not so attractive this year....

I´m a total newby, i just play one 2005 team and now i have 3 2006, all in coors. My first 2006 team (my second team at all) is 1rst In it´s division and in it´s way to finals (11 games diference and 12 games to end the season). I manage to put togeter a nice team with the help from the people in this forum.

So you can have succes in coors maybe it´s a little harder than in b parks such minute maid or someting, b ut you can win for sure.
