Anyone come across this before? Huston Street opened the season with 3 straight appearances amidst a fully rested bullpen...Dean, Lucky, et al, etc--what happened to the 2 days in a row thing?

Game 2 GUP relief 0 0 1 1.0 2 0 0 0

I've actually had that happen 3 or 4 X.

I've had it happen once in 2006, and once each in 2005,80's and the '69 cards.

Weird huh?

I'm not so sure that this board game rule applies in the computer game, which uses a more sophisticated fatigue system based on pitch counts. And even if Street [i:4f9a582c6a]were[/i:4f9a582c6a] fatigued -- which, again, I'm not at all sure he was -- the computer still does have the option to bring him in; he'd just be less effective, but maybe the computer still liked him better than Hernandez to close out a game (and, in this case, got a good result out of it.)

Ok, thanks--there's a fairly solid reason somewhere in the bullpen routines that makes it happen that way more often than not--all the more reason Bernie's work on it is appreciated and eagerly anticipated.

all 3 were saves too, not too shabby

Wait a tick...I recognize that team  Ev6 Lg1 My very own: Kaie:ri Nikawera:ke (means: The Four Corners of the Earth -in Mohawk)

My record is 5 games in a row by an RP in consecutive games. I posted in the questions forum asking for something along the lines, hopefully soon Bernie will have some time to answer in re: to this, in the mean time I'l take the three saves :D

Mohawk...from Long Island maybe?
I had a terrible draft and in a 60 mil the waiver picks don't provide much relief to that. Trying something very different from what I did in 2003 Petco teams...we'll see--not expecting a whole lot.
Good Luck
