Using the best cards from all the sets, what could be the best assembled team? With a budget, or without, the Strat "All-Century" Team, c'mon, do it.

V. Guerrero (a 7L year, but still hit well)

These are just some of the hitters that I can recall that had good seasons in Strat.

The SP's:
Pedro has had some good seasons.
Smoltz both as a SP/RP

Based on the 01-06 seasons, the team I'd want to play one of each season(as they would have the most good seasons)
