Cory Lidle/Plane Crash

The airplane that crashed into a 50-story high rise apt. bldg. in NYC a little while ago was Cory Lidle's private plane, and he was likely aboard the plane. The two passengers on the plane died apparently.
This isn't 100% confirmed but is being reported by CNN right now.

I think they're saying that he was the only person aboard and that he was, obviously since he was the only person, he was the pilot. Either way, Rest In Peace.

This was a surreal event...plane crashing 9 blocks directly south of my apartment while my wife and baby were home is weird enough then to find out it was Cory Lidle heading out after the season--very strange and very sad.
Certainly not lucky for the Lidles and the Stangers but very lucky for New York that only 2 people were killed.
