on the relief pitchers player card when you stroll down to strategey settings, what does it mean when it says:
quick hook
slow hook
and mop up?

There is no precise answer to that. In general:
quick hook = You would check this box for a lesser pitcher that you don't want to be left in the game too long once he starts loosing it.
slow hook = you might check this box only on your stud pitchers. You don't want them to be pulled after a few hits in a row. You would rather them stay in longer.
mop up = you might check this box on your worst RP. This would be the RP that would be brought in to eat up innings in a game where you are either blowing your opponent out or getting blown out. This would save your better RPs for other games that might be closer.
