5th Starter in a 4 man * Rotation

Does anyone know? You have a 4 man * SP rotation and you dont fill out pitching rotation but instead fill in your starters game by game only using the 4 * SP. Will HAL ever use your 5th SP (who happens to be a S5/R4 in relief?

Yes he will. If you have a 4 man rotation there is no need not to use the rotation setting instead of the per game starter setting because you would have no choice of who to start anyway. Only one of the 4 SP in your rotation would be rested enough to start so just use your rotation setting and include your 5th SP who you hope never pitches. When the 5th SP is listed in the rotation setting HAL will never use him unless it is a long game and you have run out of pitchers.
