Please post the ERA and a link to the team. I'm betting that lower ERA teams don't always correlate with winning teams.

I had a team with a 2.88 era and a 1.05 whip with 92 wins

This team had 2.89 era, 1.11 whip, 94 wins and a title:

those are my only teams that got below 3.0 for an era, and they both did well, so i'm not sure on your hypothesis.

Your 94 win team looked awesome except for the Blown Saves.......How many wins could you have had?????
