I've had little to cheer about with this squad but they tried to make up for it in one night!

I'm in your league and was amazed at the offensive and "offensive" showing your team put up. Scary!

I'm not even in a league with you, korkie, but I had to check anyway because that sounded like the whippings some of my teams have been handed lately.

The scariest thing for me is that this team is actually 6 games under .500!

I'm the poor victim

Yup,

Witnessed my pitching staff fall from 1st in the league statistically to 9th - overnight!

How is it possible that a 5.97M reliever with no WALK or HR of any kind on his card give up 6 walks in one inning (game 40)- get the next game off (game 41)- then give up 7 walks and 2 grand slams in game 42?
I think I threw up from being kicked in the sac so many times.

Nice offensive showing korkie!

This series followed one in which HAL brought in Guardado to walk Aramis Ramirez to load the bases, followed by a grand slam to Vernon Wells... all while Dotel (who hadn't pitched in 3 or 4 games) had a nice look from the bullpen. I got screwed!

You're right...I can't explain the walk thing, it just doesn't make sense.

Your team is hanging in there though...alot better off than mine for sure!
