Does anyone know if a copy of the advanced fielding chart can be found online? I looked around a bit and had no luck. I would like to see how fielding actually works in the online game, as I've only really played the board game basic version. Any help will be much appreciated.

Last site I knew was brought down by Strat. Seems that you will need to buy the copyrights and order the charts from www.strat-o-matic.com for 4.75$

This article gives you the "fielding OPS" that each fielding rating gives up, and tells you how much to weigh that relative to the player's hitting. This makes it easy to figure out a player's total value. (Note that the chart doesn't account for double plays, so it will significantly underrate the value of 2B & SS defense.)

Thanks for the replies, guys. That article should help a lot, Dean, thanks. I was wondering if TSN had it posted somewhere in a memebers only thread or something. I agree that it can't be posted just anywhere anywhere as it is copyrighted, but I feel as though we should have access to all the rules of a game that we pay to play. I wish I hadn't lost the one I had in the early 90s.....Oh well.
