2006 Ballpark Success Rates guesses

[b:950477a943]EDIT 2/20/07: CONTEST OVER[/b:950477a943]
Ok, so we now know how popular each ballpark in the 2006 game was, from Petco Park being chosen by 10% of all teams, down to poor Tropicana Field, picked only 1.2% of the time.
But how did teams fare in each of the parks, on average? I've determined both average regular-season winning percentage and frequency of League Championships won for all 30 parks and I found this study pretty interesting.
I'll make this contest a bit easier this time... the first person to list [b:950477a943]5[/b:950477a943] of the top [b:950477a943]10[/b:950477a943] parks by frequency of Championships, wins 1 free team credit to the upcoming 2007 game. Only one person may win, and each person may post 1 list of 5 teams.
To clarify: "frequency of Championships" means out of all teams that play in a particular ballpark, the percentage that win a Championship. I.e. if 10 out of 100 Dodger Stadium teams win a ring, that's more frequent than 20 out of 500 Fenway Park teams.
For a point of reference, the park that breeded the most success saw its teams win Championships 10.3% of the time; the least successful brought home a ring at a 2.8% rate.
Good luck! The complete list will be posted either Friday or Saturday.
