in Excel format: http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/images/baseball/stratomatic/2007/som_salaries_2007.xls

WHAT'S NEW:

[b:481ca8b1b9]Improved Computer Manager[/b:481ca8b1b9]
We've made vast improvements to the Computer Manager's strategic capabilities so that it will make more intelligent decisions when it comes to in-game position-player substitutions (e.g. injuries, defensive replacements, etc.)! Please visit this page for an in-depth description of the changes.

[b:481ca8b1b9]Lineup Depth Charts[/b:481ca8b1b9]
You can now assign up to 2 backups for each fielding position in your default lineups, who will be used to substitute for injured starters at the start of a game! The new interface also features time-saving drag-and-drop technology!

[b:481ca8b1b9]Head-to-head stats page[/b:481ca8b1b9]
Check out the new grid of every team's W/L record vs. every other team in your league, plus a detailed section where your records vs. each other team are broken down by home/away and runs scored/allowed.

[b:481ca8b1b9]Records vs. L/R, in 1-run games, in Extra-inning games[/b:481ca8b1b9]
'Nuff said. More info to help you scout your opponents!

[b:481ca8b1b9]Filter searches by 4- and 5-day starters[/b:481ca8b1b9]
You can now filter by 4-day or 5-day starting pitchers in player searches while filling out your draft card or looking for free agents.

[b:481ca8b1b9]Weighted Waivers is now the default[/b:481ca8b1b9]
The post-draft Waiver Priority list is now ordered by weight of draft picks lost, instead of just by the count. You can still set up your league to bypass Waivers.

Enjoy!

Note: As stated, we will be continuing our usual policy of transferring ONE unused SOM 2006 team credit to the new SOM 2007 game. This will be done automatically tomorrow, Friday 3/8. ONLY unused SOM 2006 team credits that were purchased or claimed as prizes BEFORE this week's half-price sale will be eligible. Managers who win League Championships from now on WILL be able to claim their prizes as SOM 2007 team credits. We will not be able to perform individual credit transfers from any other game.

[b:481ca8b1b9]Edit:[/b:481ca8b1b9] The credit transfer has been completed. Enjoy!

Me and my wife just had a little baby girl on the 26th (our first child) I took two weeks off work to spend time with her and help around the house. Now it looks like I'll have some extra time to spend on Strat 07 in addition to my new duties.

The first day of Start cards (and online SOM) is better than Christmas presents!

Bernie,

I had a team recently that won a championship and I haven't yet claimed the prize teams because I wanted to choose 2007 credits.

I tried to claim them just now but sadly, 2007 credits do not appear to be an option yet.

Can you please make this change?

Many Thanks.

Steve
