Looking to start a two-team theme league, I played in one last year, it was a blast. Only problem, I've never created a league, set up draft through state lottos, etc...so I'm looking for one of you Vet Strat-heads to commish it up!! Pick two teams, ballpark from one of them, and then have at it, any interest? Thanks guys!

You mean like this:

Pick a state that has a pick 3 lotto. high to low for draft order, serpentine. Can only use players from your 2 teams, no trades (not sure if you want that part) and must use the stadium to one of your 2 teams. Divisions will be standard 1,4,7,10/2,5,8,11/3,6,9,12. We will draft here on the boards.

You may want ot make it a 4 round draft and let everyone pick up 2 sub 1mil players from the undrafted teams. With the limited player pool, u may not have backups at every position or enough relievers.

Also, what's the cap 80mil? no DH?

I'm gonna say 80 mil with DH. that way those with the last picks don't get too screwed.
