noticed on some of the 2007 cards that the don't steal option says "don't steal if held" but doesn't give a "don't steal" option. Some still just have steal more and don't steal while some now only have steal more or don't steal when held.

This may have already been discussed and I missed it. If so, please enlighten me as to the difference and/or the reason for this new verbage.
