When you pick a park, let's say a park that has a lot more HRs for righthand batters than left, how do you select pitching?

Do you take righty pitchers that crush righties, lefties that crush righties, etc.?

Thanks!

Righties that crush righties...aka hard righties.

You let the park neutralize the lefty bats. (visa-versa for lefty power parks)

Reverse LH's can be effective, if it's the right pitcher. You must remember that the righty bats will be using their lefty side when batting and righties generally hit LH's better.
