Since we are about 3 weeks into the new season, I was wondering if anyone would care to venture speculation on what the perfect 80M team might look like.

Is it Thome, Pujols, Helms, Howard at 1st ??????
2b....German, Grudzalanek, or someone else????

How bout pitching??? From what I have seen so far, pitching is the bigger question mark so far this season. Very few teams are able to keep their ERA's down to a dominating level (In the leagues I am in)

I was just wondering......If you had 80M and happened to get every player you wanted to fill out the Draft list, Who would they be?????

There are many variables between hitting and pitching teams and parks, but I figured with the vast knowlege of the players out there, I would think a common consensus could be whittled down to a couple of players per position.

Anyone interested in giving it a try???

1B GONZALEZ
2B HUDSON
3B WRIGHT
SS JETER
LF CHAVEZ
CF SIZEMORE
RF SUZUKI
DH THERIOT

Expensive,...leaves only about 20 million for pitching and bench. But great defense and run scoring ability in stingy parks.

Jeter's way overrated. He's a SS-1, but he'll still make those errors. You're much better off with Vizquel at short.
