I just won a league and after beating penngray into the ground in the finals. It says I have one credit, but aren't i suppose to get two? It also says on my account that I have a 1969 team, but i can't get into it. I never brought a 1969 team though, so...

they probably gave u 1 05 and 1 69 (they do that a lot to try to force the new game upon people). 1 if you only got 1 69 (and not the 05) use the contact us and tell them you are owed 2 05. If you want to play the 69 game then also use that to tell them to switch your credit. Or just PM Larry with that info also.

I'll be getting a free credit tomorrow. Will I be getting a 2005 or 1969 credit? I've already planned out a 2005 team, so I am really hoping to get a 2005 credit....

They are supposed to give you a credit for the game you won. I've never heard of them giving you a credit for another game in an effort to get you to play that game. Of course, it's not like I've won a lot of credits, either! :(
Champion - 1 Credit

The same issue with 1 credit has happened to me. I just sent an email to TSN to find out what is happening. I believe they review the leagues every week on Friday, to apply the credits. Since my Champsionship round completed on Monday, I am hoping they apply the credit this Friday.
I also have my 2005 teams repeated as 69 teams. I think this is a different problem.
