"Did Not Work" and a white screen

Does anyone else get the message "did not work" and a white screen when they try to access their front office and team?

This only happens when I do it from home (phone modem).

Okay, it's only from my home computer, which is a phone modem connection.

I'm able to get into my TSN account and see my teams, but when I hit the team to link to it ... I get the "did not work" message on a white form.

Any help would be appreciated.
