Relief Pitching Question

In the 2006 set, I was of the belief that three stud relievers at the back end of a pitching staff with unspectacular starting pitching worked quite well. At least I was successful that way.

My question is this: Do things work the same way in the 2007 set, or is it more beneficial to have a stronger rotation and situational relievers leading up to your closer?
