You should be posting questions about the 80's game in the 80's game forum where there are more people familiar with that game.

The 80's game is one of the older games now and from time to time you get that error message you are referring to when trying to create your team. Just keep trying to create it and you will succeed. Once you create your team you never have that error message problem again.
