I'm open to suggestions but what I'm thinking is no less than a 4 in the field. All positions...

Maybe all stadiums are Coors or the Cell?

DH? 4 or worse, right?
Defensive replacements?
Backups?
Exclude pitchers fielding rating, I presume.

DH's could be 4's as well.

hmmm...didn't think about the backups. It would be kinda impossible to have utility players having 4's at ALL of their positions. Let's say the backups have to be nothing less than a 3.

Pitcher's fielding does NOT count.

I hope Bodie joins. Visick he should have only 5's and +3 arms in the OF and his SPs/RPs should all be less than 1M. :lol
