Product Manager, Fantasy Sports / Interactive Gaming
Fox Interactive Media (FIM), a start-up division of News Corporation, is seeking two Product Managers to join the launch team. These individuals will work with the VP Fantasy/Interactive Gaming to develop a portfolio of fantasy and other interactive gaming products on FoxSports.com and for distribution across non-PC channels. This position is located in Los Angeles, Calilfornia.
Responsibilities:
• Produce, service and manage the development of a number of new fantasy/interactive gaming products to be created for and run by FoxSports.com.
• Manage the products and businesses within the framework of the overall business goals.
• Work closely with other departments – including sales, engineering, marketing, PR, business development and customer service – to achieve the business goals.
• Coordinate development of games for multiple platforms including PC, Mobile, digital television, etc.
Experience:
• 3+ years experience in the sports fantasy/interactive gaming space.
• Strong knowledge of sports essential.
• Demonstrable ability to provide insight into opportunities on how to grow the fantasy sports business.
• Web production and development knowledge (HTML, Photoshop, etc.) is also required.
• Project management experience essential.
• Must have strong writing skills and experience competing in fantasy leagues.
