Torres is getting more innings than I'd like and Heilman isn't getting enough. Any ideas?

I currently have putz as set up and closer for RHB and LHB batters. Closer usage normal and relief usage normal.

If you don't want to change the Putz settings, then limit your other relievers--mop up, max 1-2 innings, avoid bad side quick hook, etc. This should give Heilman some more innings
