4 Day Rest Starters

4 day rest starters only pitch 80% as much as a 3 day rest guy. And yet I don't see that reflected in their comparative costs. It would make sense to me that the 4 day starters cost about 80% as much, but that doesn't seem true to me. This year, I see barely any difference at all, and if it's there, it sure doesn't seem like 20% to me. I'd love to hear of some of the more experienced managers see this too.
I think more mangers would use a 5-man rotation if there were this parity, which would lead to more variety, and less of a battle for key 3-day starters.

Also during draft, I would like it to be if I don't get a pitching choice, that I don't get the next starter down, but the next of the same type (3-day or 4-day) This would lead to less chaos for the waiver period for me.

Just my thoughts.
