Problems drafting players

I need help!!!

I signed up for a new team and the system will not show any players in order for me to select for the draft. I search under the criteria and no players pop up. Also, my Autodraft function does not work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

This last league I joined I had to try three times. I don't remember exactly where it hung up, and I was a bit worried I was going to have three charges on my credit card. However, it all worked out in the end, and I only got charged once.

Once you purchase a team a screen will pop up that wants you to name your team and give your manager's name. When you submit those choices you click on "go draft" your team. The "go draft" will be in blue letters and is a link to the list of players to chose from.

If you are still having problems you should email stratomatic@sportingnews.com and I'm sure they will be able to help you on Monday.

When I signed up, I got to the point where I should have been asked to name my team and manager, but I didn't get that screen. If you didn't get to that screen, you might try signing up again. Like I said before, it took me three tries.

On the other hand, if you were asked for the name of your team and manager, you have a different issue.

I sent an email to stratomatic@sportingnews.com and have yet to receive a response. I paid $25 for a stratomatic team about 2 weeks ago and have yet been able to draft any players. I played this product 2 years ago and was pleased by it (so I have been able to draft players in the past). This time, a $25 charge has appeared on my credit card, and have yet to get a team.

I NEED HELP!!!!
