Why on earth do our manager moves have to be in by 10pm EST, when the game engine is not run until about 3am that night?

What's the point?

If it's required by 10pm, can't we get results soon after?

Game results are actually available at 12:30-1:00 A.M. Eastern. 3 hours for 3 games? Not to shabby considering HAL isn't a youngster anymore. Plus he has to do all those post-game writeups.
