Your pitching is good but your outfield is in bad shape and you have real defensive problems at 2nd and SS. Your outfield is real injury prone. I would drop everyone and rebuild. Pierre is awful this year. You also need more power hitters. You need a solid second baseman. You could get Renteria at short for a lot less and use that money to get a good second baseman. I always like 2s up the middle but you may not have a choice there. Just my opinion as a sophmore. Your lineup is very left-handed pitching oriented. Average amount of lefty's you face is around 25% of the season so might think about that. :D

I think you may be spending a bit too much on your staff and would try to sprinkle in a couple of lefties (maybe in the pen). You seem exposed against a team with a LH or SH lineup.
I agree, you need a 2B. Since it is tough to hit in your stadium you can get away with Ramirez if the rest of your infield is solid. Grudzelaniak may be a good fit if he is available. Your lack of power doesn't worry me that much because of the stadium but I always like to have one or two real boppers in my lineup no matter where I play. I have no problem with Roberts and Escobar in the OF at RFK despite their injuries and I like Lofton as a platoon DH. If it were my team, and depending on who is available, I would look to save some money on my #4 & #5 pitchers, and go get a good 2B (he also has to hit some because your going to have trouble scoring runs) and a bit hitting corner OF.
my two cents
