New: Sortable player stats

The Your League->Statistics section now includes [b:d2a5af3d7b]sortable stats tracking every player in your league[/b:d2a5af3d7b]. This means you can finally view full season-to-date stat lines of all players together in one display, sortable by each different stat column. Additionally, the players on your team will be in bold so you can see how your guys are stacking up against the rest of the league at a glance.

This new feature was made possible/easier by some recent infrastructure advances we made, so I felt compelled to quickly put it up as a fun exercise. That means it's still in a "beta" stage, so if you find any bugs, please "pardon our appearance" and let me know about 'em here.

I hope you like the new way the Stats section is laid out, including the fact that clicking on the main link defaults to the sortable player batting page (there's a line of links to all other stat pages at the top of each). If you have suggestions for how to organize it better, let me know!

Bernie,

I've asked this about the awards section in the Questions thread.

Is there a way to discern what position someone really plays in? Or at least include them for every position they play in?

For instance, I don't see (and I hope not) that people don't play B Hall at SS. But that is the only category he falls under, as that is what is listed as his primary position. Could you either a) discern where he really plays and put him there, or b) list him under all his positions (I'd like to see how he stacks up vs other 3b for instance).

Thanks, the feature is much improved, I think you can get rid of the old leaderboard now!

Bug: When clicking on OF it brings up all players, not just the OF's

EDIT: LF and Cf seems to work, RF brings up all OF's, OF brings up all hitters.

I notice for in-progress seasons, it properly lists the qualifiers for things like ERA, WHIP or AVG/OBP/OPS, etc..

But for completed seasons it lists everyone, regardless of ABs or IP.

EDIT: Also just realized for quantity stats (ie, HRs), it filters out players without enough ABs to qualify for batting, but should still be among the leaders for HRs (see Lenny Dinardo Theme League...Jim Thome...44 HRs)

Same is true for pitching. I just looked at a league I am in that has played 129 games and the league leader for saves has 1 save due to the IP requirement.
