Ok, Pujols goes down, VMart moves to first, so far so good. Game 3 comes along, VMart plays 1st, Mackowiak catches :shock: :shock: , Luis Castillo sits the bench :shock: :shock: and Santiago plays 2nd base!!! Why does Hal take out Castillo? Why does Mackowiak catch (ok, so he's just as good back there as VMart)? Not to mention my backup catcher is a 4L and am facing a lefty.

Strange all around ... and Santiago for Castillo is the worse (to me) because I would figure the $$$ - amount would mean something when HAL makes substitutions.
