Don't wanna jinx myself but im going to anyway.
how many days rest can you add to a 5 man rotation between the end of a season and the playoffs?
need to know incase i have to buy a starter at the end.

You get a two day break between the final game of the regular season and game one of the first round of the playoffs.

A * starter can start game 161 and be available to start the first game of the playoffs. A non * starter can start game 160 and be available for the first game of the playoffs.

you probably want you BEST sp (in a traditional 5 man with no * sp's) to pitch the 3rd game of the semi's, in an effort to give you pen a break and be well rested for the last 2 games. Plus he can then still start game 2 and 7 in the finals.
