Is the $100M Salary cap an option on older games?

May be a dumb question, but......Is the $100M salary cap an option on the older 2001,2002,2003... games? I've never played them and I'm curious. If not, when did it become an option?

no it wasn't available till 05 at the earliest.

thanks geekor. we're doing our own "through the years" league (like yours) and had it set up as $100M when available and $80M otherwise. I wanted to know when $100M was indeed available.
