I've never had this happen before. I lost Tim Hudson for 15 games, and then last night, I lost Orlando Hernandez for six games. Fortunately I have six starters on the roster, but I'll have to have one start made by a reliever. And the AI has selected Jon Leicester to be my starter for that game. Nice.

Geez...I've never seen a pitcher go down for more than three games, and therefore haven't had to have a starter miss a turn in the rotation - much less TWO AT ONCE! Are you in a non-DH league where your pitchers got HBP?
Lost Lilly for 8 with 12 to go...

I just lost Ted Lilly for 8 games on a team where I only have 5 SP...I'm up 9 with 12 to go but Abner is coming fast as part of a wild wild card race (6 teams)...I'm sure this will screw up my bullpen enough to cause my demise!
Also--I think I saw something about this before but should a * SP go down for more than 3? :?

NO, it's not a non-DH league. Last night, Leicester made the emergency start and gave up 11 runs in 3.1 innings. Needless to say I lost.
This is just bogus. I have six relievers on my roster, and the AI picks out Leicester to make my emergency start just because he's an R2 and all the others are R1s. Unbelievable. If I wind up losing a playoff spot by one game, I'm gonna really be hacked. :( :x

I've never seen two SPs injured at the same time either. I did have S. Kim down for 10 games once and HAL chose my closer, Benitez, to start twice (only had 5 SPs). Two wins and one CG so I didn't complain.
Never know what HAL is going to do.
