Interesting discussion on the ATG2 forum where someone posted the players that have won the most championships for them. Started me wondering, out of all you succesful 2005 players, who have you had most success with and what parks? Any players continually cropping up in your successful teams?

Haven't won a "ring" (one team still in finals though), but David Ortiz has been the common denominator on my 2 playoff teams. Ortiz, much like the real life guy this season, has dominated, and come up with the big hits.

Riggodrill has...I am actually the mastermind behind all his teams. He is just a great mgr. I am the REAL GM.

The positions listed are the first positions on their respective card, not necessarily the position I played them at.

Other than Hudson on four teams, and Villone and "K"-Rod on three teams, there really doesn't seem to be much of a pattern. Again, it's four different ballparks, so that really plays a role too. My subs are a pretty big majority of my players on two teams.

I guess what it says is that you really can win with just about anybody out there to choose from.
