Look Bernie,
this has gotten out of hand.
3rd Sunday in a row now
no more!
People, we need to send a strong message. It's simple really, they are ruining the game, and it need to be fixed.
not no 1/2 price 1 weeks sale. That doesn't give back what we've already lost.
Time to get serious either free credits, or chargeback to the bank, either way we need to be heard.

I hear ya, geekor, but what can anyone do? They have a monopoly, and there are a lot of guys like me out there that are addicted, and aren't gonna quit no matter how many threats we make to the contrary. As with any monopoly customer service doesn't have a lot to do with the volumn of business they get.

Not happy either man.
Bernie- I don't openly critique TSN over stuff like this, but this is borderline ridiculous. Waivers run in about an hour and you can't even access your teams?
Disappointment will lead to no more purchasing of teams during football season PERIOD. Maybe after football is over, we would have found other ways to spend spare time outside of SOM.
I've gone 8 months w/o spending a dime on 80's games. I think I might be able to get by on SOM as a whole (outside of tourney obligations of course out of respect to the organizers.)
I understand yoru position being the "field facing" person of TSN when it comes to SOM products, but something has to give at some point.

What Monopoly? There are plenty of other games to play out there. I was a Diamond Legends fan. It's cheaper and doesn't crash, but.....I like the Strat game (with the cards) better. I'd love to stay here, but this is the 4th crash in 3 weeks and just "sorry, that shouldn't have happened, we're working on it." from Bernie/TSN. Nothing against Bernie, he does a lot for the game, but that same old tired response just doesn't cut it after a while. Free credits would be nice, 1/2 price would be like telling us to come spend our money and get frustrated some more. At least with a free credit apology, we'd sit through the frustrations knowing it wasn't our hard-earned money we wasted.

Really tired of the customer service when it comes to stratomatic baseball here at TSN.There are lots of good sites for fantasy baseball. I will play out the teams I have and no new teams, no more money to TSN if I don't see some significant changes and some significant compensation. What are we? Chopped liver?

Can someone post a list of alternative sites/games here? Might be a good time to try somewhere else while we wait for TSN/SOM to tighten up... :?
