"Rules of 35" Scrubs League--FULL!
Posted: Tue Oct 02, 2007 5:48 pmI wanted to do a Scrubs league, but I didn't want to do a Live Draft. This simple format will make it so no one gets screwed in an AD, but everyone has to use plenty of second stringers...so here goes:

1.$35M Salary Cap
2.Only players $3.5M and under are eligible
3.You must put at least one of the following real-life jersey #35's on your draft card: Emil Brown, Cole Hamels, Ryan Wagner, Kirk Saarloos, Matt Morris, Casey Kotchman, Joel Pineiro, Taylor Buchholz, Daniel Cabrera, Dan Wheeler, Justin Verlander
200M cap on the league list
weighted waivers
20% drop penalty

[b:6204aa5e9c]Rules Clarification: Your available salary must always be at or above $165M on your team page.[/b:6204aa5e9c] This simple method of monitoring your team salary will force everyone to adhere to the 20% drop penalty and no one will have to add up individual teams' salaries to be sure everyone is legal.
