In a pitcher's park, I like mostly guys with high BA and doubles, not wasting salary on BPHR. But I like one guy against each direction with a lot of natural HR. Ross has enough power to qualify, but you have to live with the fact that HR is about all he will hit, and will probably hit under .200

For the money, he's definitely worth it. He certainly has his limitations though. Funny thing for me was that he hit better at RFK than away.
