Who are the best starters and relievers to use at Chase Field?

I have Otsuka as my closer. I use him alot. At Chase he is 33.1 IP 23 Saves 3 BS 0.81 ERA and 0.75 WHIP. 81 games into the season. This is by far the best he has done for me. I checked the other time I used him there and he was bad. 63.2 IP 29 Saves 10 BS 5.66 ERA and 1.60 WHIP. I do like him for the price and then I can spend more for my middle relief. I hope this helps but I don't think so unless you get as good a season as the one he is having right now. :D
