Management and the higher salary players have had a tiff and all players over 2 mil have gone on strike for the year...Management will only shell out 60 mil to field their strike teams....The players that make 2 mil or less are still hungry and willing to play the season...It is a DH league..Unique stadiums. what is the minimum dollar value of a roster????


i.e. in a 60 million league how low can the roster go????

i ask because a minimum roster of 24 = 2.5million average per player....

All leagues other than 200M have a minimum team salary cap. I'm not sure what the 60M minimum is (40M?) but we won't be able to meet it. A 200M cap has no minimum and if everyone drafts 2M and under players no team will be over 60M.

That is why a 200M league is required.

i looked at the salaries for all starters 2 million and under did the same with relievers only and then for position players.

i used 5 starters, 6 relievers and 14 position players for a roster

the average salary per team would be

in the neighbor hood of 27.50 million......
