3. [b:3a4a588cdd]You must play your home team's stadium[/b:3a4a588cdd].

4. Divisions - first number is carded team total payroll, [b:3a4a588cdd]second number is the MAXIMUM number of current (actual 2007 MLB season) or former players from your carded team that you may add[/b:3a4a588cdd]. The number of non-carded players each individual team can add is weighted based on total team payroll to balance competition and increase ability to achieve $80M payroll. To be eligible for your team, a plyer must have at least 1 MLB at bat or 1 MLB innings pitched with your base carded team. Owners listed next to selected teams. Only teams listed as open are eligible. Once a division has 4 teams, the other teams listed as open are considered closed. If a team isn't listed they are not eligible.

East:
Marlins $69.82M (6) -mbrake
Braves 66.69 (7) - ndowdy

5. You must keep at least your minimum number of base team carded players (2006 MLB season/2007 Strat) on your roster at all times without exception (e.g. Marlins must have at least 19 base card players on their roster, but can add no more than 6 former or current players).

6. You cannot draft a player on another team's base carded roster!!!

7. Non-base card players can be added during draft (e.g. 3B Alex Rodriguez may be drafted only by either the Rangers or Mariners, he is ineleigible to every other team all season).

8. After the auto draft, if you have any player carded to someone else's base carded team, you must immediately cut or trade that player.

9. Waivers - you can not place a waiver claim on any player carded to another owner's base team. Players on wiavers still belong to the base card team.

10. Only after waivers has been processed, then you may add any free-agent carded to someone else's base team that is a former/current player for your base team. When waivers has been processed is the league notice that a base card team has formally refused the rights to that player and he is now a free-agent, eligible to any team that he used to play for only.

11. You may not draft, trade for, add via waivers or free-agency any player that never had at least 1 MLB at bat or 1 MLB innings pitched with your base card team. If he never played for your base team in real life at any point in his career, then he is ineligible to play for your Strat team in this league. All transactions must meet each teams minimum roster eligiblilty limits at all times effective games 1-162.

12. Honesty, integrity and playing by the rules at all times without exception are an absolute must to participate in this private league.

Note: 8 of these owners have played under these rules in another league.

Only one opening left in the league. Calling all fans of the Reds, Pirates or Royals to fill out the Central division. Try this psuedo-reality spin on '07 Strat and manage a "have-not" into a Champion! Filler up and let's get to the draft!

Just confirming I'm here and waiting for league to fill. Hopefully I can make a better showing with the Braves, than I did with the hapless, payroll challenged Cardinals.

Any questions on the rules?

For those of you who are new to this league, do you have any questions about the rules? Some key things to keep in mind... You may not draft any player that is carded to another team playing in this league. Once the season starts, use "per game starters" to force each of your starters, * or not, to have 4 days rest between starts.
