Pitching Usage Penalties?

Does HAL impose upper limits on the amounts of innings that relief pitchers and starers can throw, if so what are the numbers? I know that HAL will avoid pitchers when they are tired, but still that leaves a lot of room for pitchers to throw many more innings than real life. Is there such a limit, or penalties for going over a certain amount of total innings?

nope,

in fact go back to the 01, 02 games people would consistantly get over 300 good innings from those good cheap RP's. People are taken aback by that, but still do the math.

R2 can pitch 2 innings with no fatigue 2/3 games = 216 innings pitched with no fatiuge. Obviously HAL does not use them like that, sometime 1/3 an inning, sometimes 4. Sometime he even uses them 3-4 games in a row. But techincally, you should be able to get 200 innings out of a R2 just fine with little fatigue.

There is no max limit to any pitcher as far as innings are concerned
