Starting pitchers getting hurt
Posted: Fri Dec 21, 2007 1:54 pmI recently saw a post where someone was complaining that their starting pitcher got hurt.Well I am currently 33 games into a league where I have had 4 injuries to my starting pitchers already.I had Contreras go down for 7 games(Kuo subbed for him in his missed start)Kazmir went down for 2,and I have BOTH Kazmir and Penny out.Kazmir is out for 6 and Penny for 10.Kuo has already started 2 games and will start another soon.Jonathon Sanchez was slated to start a game tonight until I picked up Traber to start a game or 2.What are the odds of this happening 4 times already in only 33 games.My 5 man bullpen is getting worn out already and in the Cell this is not a good thing
