This is my first SOM. I am playing ATGIII. I was not sure what park to choose so I took Riverfront because it was all 10s and 11s accross the board. I have set to draft a well rounded team that with L and R and plays to hit hit and pitch well against both. Was this smart? I guess it takes a little time to get use to the games to beter understand. I am just trying to learn. I will take any auggestions on any subjects. Also, I saw in a post were a four man rotation is recommend. I drafted five decent starters. Was this a mistake? Thanks.

Welcome to the game, bt! Must reading for any new player can be found here.
This forum focuses on the latest release of the game. Go ahead and post a link to your team on the ATG forum by doing the following:
1. Go to your leagues statistics page
2. Click on your team
3. Copy the resultant URL (which should end in a number), along with your questions in your post.
Check back here though. A lot of managers are bidecadel. :)

In ATG, ballparks have a lot of effect. Lot of vet managers over there, and a lot of extreme ballpark choices. The vets know how to get the most out of them. As this is your 1st team, I think you made a good choice with the park and the balanced approach.
Go with a 4 man rotation.
