hey ill start off by saying I really don't know much about stratomatic but am interested in trying a team.

Couple questions:

1) wen does the newest game launch? will it be soon and worth waiting for or months away? (my perception of who is good will probably be more tied to actual performance than what the cards say so having the newer players would really help me)

2) if I join a TSN autoleague how long is it normally until a league will fill up?

3) if this is my first year and I read some threads for strategy but dont purchase guides or pour over all the cards for research am I destined for failure?

1) In the past the newest version launched in early March....powers that be say late Feb this year...so very soon.

2) New leagues for the new season will fill fast for the first few months....usually within a day

alright thx alot for the quick response. i guess i will use some of the next month to read up on the game so that I can fare respectably

alright well i signed up for one of the free trials with the 2003 game. any idea how long this takes to fill up? im assuming it will be quite a while?

Probably a week or less on the trial league. There seem to be several going on at any given time. It's really fun, by the way. Good luck!
