Bernie - '69 League has a problem and needs your help

TSN 7721 (in the preseason) has a team that makes any waiver move and the excess $$ disappear. Currently the team has about 75 mil in players and 0 in the $$ account. We've stopped making moves pending this being corrected. The quicker this gets fixed the less pissed off managers you'll have. The manager is new to the game.

Team is the Bronx Bootleggers, TSN 7721
