Notes:
- The ATG III team credit is being turned into a new SOM Central credit, which is now good for the new 2007 set as well as ATG III, and all new sets going forward.

- Be prepared to be very confused, at least for a little while, with our naming convention: we're not calling this "the 2008 game", because all new games will actually debut as "player sets" hosted within the central SOM site. So this is the "2007 player set", because it's based on the 2007 season. Where it gets really ugly is that the former "2007 game" is now called "the 2006 season", and so forth. Sorry! I want to shoot me as much as you do right now.

- As stated, we will be continuing our usual policy of transferring ONE unused credit from the 2006 season (formerly "SOM 2007") to the new SOM Central credit (good for ATG III and 2007). This will be done [i:9817768df8]automatically[/i:9817768df8] at the end of the day tomorrow, Tuesday, 3/4.

- Managers who win League Championships in full-price games (2006 season (formerly "SOM 2007"), ATG III, '70s, '80s, 1969) will be able to claim their prizes as the new SOM Central credit (effective last week). We will not be able to perform individual credit transfers from any other game.

Great, but now you've got two games called Strat 2007 :shock: .
The new one should be 2008, cause of that skip year 2 years ago.

How do I get access to the old 2007 (based on the 2006 MLB year) site? My current team is not listed under the 2007 link.

But it's not. That is still the 2006 game based on the 2005 stats. The "old" 2007 game has disappeared.

And my credits are now gone as well.

Y'all usually transfer one previous game credit over, and I was also promised to be able to use two unused credits for the new game as well (from the new applet).

Is this just an initial glitch or is the ONLY way we get to play the new game by ponying up money ... again. :?

You should see your teams of the old 2007 game based on the 2006 season. If you click Create a New Team you should be able to create another team in that game.

As for the credit transfer... please read my announcement more carefully.

That was also what I was referring to.

I recently won a league championship and when I asked if I would be able to transfer those credits over to the upcoming game I was told I could. I even saved the e-mail. That was part of what I was checking on.
