Pitching ?

I have a sweet looking D---all 1's and 2's----would I be better with pitchers who have higher whips and lower ERA's than vice versa. What is your experience? Thanks

As a rule of thumb, what you should look for is:
Can pitch anywhere=low whip & low era
Pitching Park-low whip is good
Hitting Park-low era is good
