Problem With First 2008 Team

So, I was chomping at the bit to get my first team in yesterday. After I submitted my credit card information, all I got was a blank screen. Didn't get the opportunity to key in manager name, team name, etc.

I sent an inquiry to TSN but received no response. I'm just trying to determine if I was charged or not. I don't want to get double charged.

Any ideas?
