During the live draft there was no salary cap so now the waiver period is going on. How is this going to work if so many of the teams in the draft went over the 80 million salary cap? Are those teams going to have any right to waivers at all? The waiver period ends tomorrow at 5 Eastern.
Can somebody give me a clue?

there's no salary cap in the live drafts, so with waivers anyone can pick up whoever they want that is on waivers until they reach the roster max. After that they have to drop someone to pick someone up. Salary doesn't matter though.
