Does the closer rule apply to these new 1986 leagues?

It looks to me as there is a closer rating on RP. I believe that you just can't sort them when picking players for your team. I haven't played yet but that is my quess.

Based on the response I got when I inquired about this the closer rules are turned off for the 86 game.

Yeah, I'm 99% sure there is NO closer rule for 86.
