check it out. Do I have a better option than Drew @ leadoff vs RHP? I got Williams vs LHP (his OBP vs LH's is pretty good). Any comments or ideas on how to maximize this lineup would be appreciated, thanks

My suggested lineups. Your lineup rocks vs RHP. Estrada, Thome and Matsui are much weaker vs LHP. This LH lineup spreads out your LH hitters trying to discourage a hard lefty from coming in to mow down several in a row. Thome is stronger than Matsui vs LHP. If you disagree you can switch those two and retain the same concept.

I think using JD Drew as a leadoff batter is not taking full advantage of his value. Yes he has great OBP but he is being paid to knock in runs moreso than just getting on base. You have two of the best #3 hitters in 2005 SOM on your team in Mora and Drew. This makes one of them bat 2nd which isn't ideal but you can never have too much hitting! Matsui is a nice #3 hitter vs RHP as well but with the bats you have I have him at 6th in your lineup. Estrada would not be a horrible choice to bat leadoff vs RHP either.

Nice lineups. If you have any kind of pitching your team should do very well.
