Runner being held. Is there an answer out there?

Defense has a -5 combination (a -2 and -3 pitcher and catcher).
Runner on first (1-15 with an asterisk)

Hal is not going to send a runner at 1-10- held or not.
The question is: Does HAL [i:22ed777316]automatically [/i:22ed777316]hold all asterisk runners, even though HAL "knows" he won't be sending them ?
